Shipping and Returns

Maintaining an awesome relationship is our number one goal. To date we have never rejected a request to return an item or swap an item for another. Because of this incredible commitment to our customers, unscrupulous people have taken the leniency and abused our desire to make our customers smile. We have been made the victim of fraud, misrepresentation, and theft. This has severely hurt our business as we do not have the pockets of Walmart, Target, and other massive corporations... we are a local, family-run business. Unfortunately, our once simple process for returns, refunds, and warranty, (the honor system) has become systematized. This is to protect the company, and ultimately allows us to continue to serve the vast majority of our fans.


2. Our return policy is 30 days.  

3.  If your return falls within our return policy, and has been less than 30 days from the order date, we will send you an RMA# which must accompany your return, or the return will not be valid.  

 4.  We only offer returns on full price merchandise.  Sale merchandise is final sale.

Please, don't take advantage of small businesses. Small business is the backbone of our country.

Because our products are made to order we do not offer returns on sale merchandise and all sales are final. If your product is damaged or has any issues, we will do a return. We require you to first send us a picture showing the damage and upon inspection we will tell you whether it fits our criteria for return. If approved we will ask you to send the product back to us. Once received we will send you a brand new product at no cost to you.


Because of our production process, we currently do not offer refunds. Only under circumstances where we made a mistake will we consider making a refund. This will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.  If a refund is approved, you will be issued a full refund minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

Please include in the return box your order number and the reason for the return so that the return can be properly applied to your account.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
